If you would like to cancel your PayPal subscription, please follow the instructions at:
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Click Profile near the top of the page.
- Click My money.
- Click Update in the My preapproved payments section.
- Click Cancel or Cancel automatic billing and follow the instructions.
If you don't have a PayPal account, you should contact the merchant directly to cancel the agreement. If you can't contact the merchant, you should contact PayPal Customer Service by phone. Here's how:
- Go to the PayPal website.
- Click Contact Us at the bottom of any page.
- Click Call Us, then click Continue for Paypal Customer Service phone number.
Note: Cancelling your PayPal subscription will NOT be considered as cancelling your service with us!
If you wish to cancel your services with us, please follow these instructions:
Our Client Area offers a cancellation request system that is automatically tied into our billing system. Once logged into the Client Area, click on "My Products & Services" then "View Details" for the account you wish to cancel. At the bottom of the details page is a "Request Cancellation" button that will take you the form you need to fill out.
If we also handle the domain registration(s) please let us know what you would like to do with them. Will you be transferring them to another domain registrar? Should we let them expire? Or do you want to renew them every year starting at $12.99/year?
All cancellation requests must be submitted 7 days before the next due date. Your cancellation will be reviewed and processed within 24 hours.
